Sessions of Mecal Air, an attractive and original format for the weekends during the summer in Barcelona, start with the sunset. Music, short movies and barbecue are three ingredients of this summer cocktail.

Mecal International Short Film Festival of Barcelona and Poble Espanyol joined to propose a short format vacations for all those who want to escape from the city without getting out of it. An exclusive space with hammocks and a wide range offer of movies and music accompanied with delicious gastronomical specialties.

La Plaça del Baluard in Poble Espanyol, in Montjuïc transforms in a cozy, elegant and fresh space where you can enjoy in sunsets and night views over Barcelona. It is a space where Mecal every week presents a selection of short movies and music with themes like: Burlesque, Fire, Hard core animation, Bang Bang…
